Industrial design
Design makes the difference: not only in functionality, but also in efficiency and cost.
At EPSa, design is an integral part of product development and the manufacturing process, with a clear focus on design for manufacturing, design for testing, and design for cost.
Design for manufacturing
Before scaling production, every design is carefully analyzed for manufacturability.
Layout choices, component selection, or form adjustments often determine whether a PCB is simply producible or efficiently producible at industrial scale. By combining engineering know-how with production expertise, we ensure that designs move smoothly from concept to reality.

Design for testing
With advanced test platforms and in-house fixture development, we subject every product to a series of exhaustive (inline) tests prior to production.
This includes in-circuit testing (ICT), functional product testing (FPT), automatic optical inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection, burn-in/run-in tests (BI/RI), high-voltage and isolation testing (HV), radio frequency testing (RF), end-of-line testing (EOL), and leakage testing (LT).
These tests identify defects early, provide valuable data, and optimize product design and production processes.
Design for cost
Design for cost is more than a method; it’s a mentality.
At every stage, we seek ways to simplify processes, streamline workflows, and minimize costs. The result: competitive solutions that incorporate both performance and efficiency from the outset.
